Take Hwy 1 to the Rio Del Mar exit.
Coming from the south, you’ll turn right at the end of the off-ramp. Turn left at the first light onto Soquel Dr. (which is also the frontage road for the freeway).
Coming from the north, you’ll turn left at the end of the off-ramp. Go across the freeway & turn left at the 2nd light onto Soquel Dr. (which is also the frontage road for the freeway).
Once on Soquel Dr., make the first right (unfortunately there is no street sign here) on to the street between Bailey Properties & the Goodwill donation trailer. Be careful here; this street is about 20 feet after you turn onto Soquel. Redwood Center, a two story office building, is straight back on the right at the end of the street.
If you miss the turn, turn right onto Valencia Ave by Surf City Coffee. Valencia Ave is a “U”-shaped street, so you can enter it from either direction. Piggy Market is in the center of the “U” shaped Valencia Ave.
We are all the way in the back right-side corner, in Suite B-6, on the 1st floor.
(Be careful! The suites are numbered out of order, “B5, B4, B3, B2, B1, B6”)
There is plenty of parking on both sides of the building,
with a wheelchair ramp on the right.
The #71 bus stops at the intersection of Soquel Dr & Rio Del Mar Blvd.
